Meet the Team
Daniel & Laura Harman
lead PastorsDaniel and Laura Harman co-lead CLC and have been married since 2005. They have three beautiful children, Talia [15], Sophie [10] and River [1]. Daniel is a second generation pastor and started preaching and leading at 15 years of age. He is a passionate, faith-filled visionary leader with a big dream, a big heart and governmental authority. He is a strong teacher of the Word of God and is able to communicate in a way that people understand, can relate to and most importantly connect with. In his spare time he enjoys reading, fitness training, following Portsmouth Football Club, eating out, music, and marketing and spending time with his family. Daniel also serves on the All Nations Movement National and Global Apostolic Team. Laura co-leads the church with Daniel and enjoys walking, going to the beach, eating out, cooking and traveling.
Genevieve
Core leadership team/Safeguarding deputyGenevieve is a key member of our core leadership team, serving as our Safeguarding Deputy and leading both the Host and Connections teams. Her role is central to fostering a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment across all areas of our work. With a keen eye for detail and a heart for people, Genevieve supports the implementation of safeguarding practices alongside the lead, while also ensuring that everyone who walks through our doors feels seen, valued, and connected. Her leadership brings warmth, structure, and a strong sense of community to everything she does.
Jachi
Assimilation Pastor and Childrens ministry overseerachi serves as our Assimilation Pastor and also oversees our Children’s Ministry, playing a vital role in helping individuals and families feel at home and spiritually nurtured within our community. With a pastoral heart and a gift for connection, Jachi ensures that newcomers are warmly welcomed and supported as they find their place. In leading the Children’s Ministry, Jachi brings energy, care, and vision—creating safe, engaging spaces where children can grow in faith and feel genuinely loved. Her leadership bridges generations and helps build a strong, connected church family.
Barbara Dollimore
consultant/trusteeBarbara Dollimore has come from a background as a science teacher and got saved on an Alpha Course at CLC many years ago. Barbara runs one of the largest Life Groups at CLC and is part of the Pastoral Care Team. She has a strong giftings in teaching, pastoral care and organisation. In her spare time she enjoys making jewellery, arts and crafts, and going to the gym.
kevin hussey
Safeguarding lead/trusteeKevin Hussy is a dedicated and trusted member of our team, serving as both our Safeguarding Lead and a Trustee. With a strong commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment for all, Kevin plays a vital role in overseeing and maintaining our safeguarding practices. His leadership ensures that policies are not only in place but are actively upheld across the organization. As a trustee, Kevin also contributes valuable insight and guidance to our strategic direction, combining his safeguarding expertise with a deep sense of responsibility and care for the people we support.
